Experienced, competent, pleasant and patient, Pete promptly called at my home to help purchase  and to set up my new desktop computer; transferring my file information to its new Windows 11 location. Calling again, Pete explained my computer set up and the basic steps required to ensure its smooth transition; promising also to visit if in need of follow up advice.

Already having introduced Pete to my delighted neighbours who have also used his services, I have no doubt that I will be calling on Pete again when in need of his technical skills and support and  I have no hesitation whatever in thoroughly recommending Pete at Balerno.net Technical Services with pleasure.

How can I start? My computer skills are very limited and I don't know what I would have done without Pete. Not only did he set up my new tablet, he has been at the end of the phone, almost daily, to talk me through the process of how I can learn other new skills.
